We create our bags from a SINGLE source…. SINGLE threads.
We hand select and purchase the threads.
We wind the bobbins and thread the looms.
We monitor the Jacquard looms for quality.
We create new colors and patterns.
And then…..
Taka ships the rolls of fabric from our family business in Japan
to Maryse in the Finger Lakes, NY.
Maryse, creator and marketer, takes the rolls of fabric, mixes and matches colors and patterns, cuts them to size, sews them together to create original designs and color combinations.
Maryse gets her inspiration from the natural beauty of the Finger Lakes in her studio on Cayuga Lake.
